Stopped into your Winter Park location this afternoon with my sister and ordered a dozen donuts through the drive thru. We didn’t notice until we got home that there were only 11 donuts in the boxes. There were kids working the window and they clearly didn’t care about guest service. It’s not a huge deal but I will be calling corporate to mention it in case it becomes a bigger or more frequent issue.
It’s the best place in the world has great customer service skills
