I have been a patient here for years. The Dr's I have seen are ok. The staff however is rude. They never answer the phone or return voicemails and if they do return your call God forbid you miss their call because your at another appointment then they will leave you a rude message about playing phone tag and not having any "real" concerns. I wouldn't recommend this dr office to anyone because the staff alone make it hard to keep in contact with your dr if you are to have any concerns about anything!

Hayley at the front desk was extremely disrespectful and rude to the point that I will not be returning to this establishment. I emailed them about this issue & will also be sending a letter.

I was hesitant coming here based on the reviews but I’ve been coming for 3 months and it’s been great every time! Don’t let the reviews detour you. I’ve seen Lee and Taz, both are amazing! Listen to my concerns and gave me proper meditation/adjustments. I also have pleasant experiences with the front staff too! I’ll always come here for my medication management.

I have had multiple run ins with the unhelpful staff at Dr Sunkereddi's. They left me a message saying that HEB doesn't fill Schedule II scripts anymore and I had to go to another pharmacy. That's not the case. HEB DOES FILL CII SCRIPTS you just need to see the MD of the practice once a year to keep things copacetic. I heard from Dr Sunkereddi's mouth he isn't seeing new patients personally. From the voice mail I received from Kim, the office manager, that it was HEB who wasn't filling CII scripts. I used to be a patient here over 10 years ago and this "doctor " had honestly put me on too many medications, trying to "fix" different symptoms and it put me in the hospital because my entire digestive system shut down. The had to remove food from my stomach that sat undigested for over a month and I was severely dehydrated. I almost died because of them and their poor diagnosis and over medicating. I was a minor at the time and my mother did as they said because she trusted them
