They are terrible property managers. You cannot call them; you cannot submit maintenance requests; and you cannot get any answers. I would not rent a house again that they manage.
David Mansel -- I am currently renting a wonderful home from Krishna Reality. They are very responsive with all of my concerns. Very professional and would highly recommend them for people looking to rent. I traditionally never wright reviews but this, one deserves it.
This company does illegal things. They wash Black money from criminals as investment property. They treat customers really bad when they don't make money from them. Employees quit their jobs in few days. The owner is a criminal invloved in a lot of shady criminal activities. Do NOT do business with this company. Feds are investigating this business. It will be closed down and the owner will be sent to jail soon.
Didn't pay the commission for my last 2 deals that brought the company $49,000 in commission. The CEO will show a nice face to you when you join the company but this is not his real face. For him loyalty means nothing. Most staff will leave in less than 3 months. I performed very well for this company and the CEO was delaying to extend my contract because I asked for a fair increase. But he is asking me to continue to do the showings and close deals for him without a contract and without knowing what I will get paid. Very un... read more
TopTech Realty Discriminates against disabled Veterans. Krishna Regupathy AKA Top Tech Realty rented me a home that is literally falling apart. No working heat (fireplace or furnace), a broken pipe that flooded the house and last for 3 weeks after notifying them. I was not able to use the downstairs of the home since November due to unlicensed construction. It took us two days just to clean up their worker's mess.
