While nobody is excited to become a patient at Texas Oncology, I truly appreciate the care Dr. Patel has provided me. I've never felt rushed during an appointment. When I have questions about treatment, Dr. Patel will turn the computer screen around and sit me with me while we research them together. I bet she makes each person feel like they are her only patient.
When ai was facing cancer I was obscenely grateful to doctor Patel she was personable. And I loved her for it during the treatment process. But I eventually left after a series that events that hurt my feeling and struggle to this day to get over like the time when I had my port put in that tied into my neck and told that the reason my neck hurt was I slept funny on it. Dr Patel is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She truly is a gem when it comes to doctors she should be training them how to converse as a doctor. Always explains in detail with diagrams. Takes time with you. She's truly unbelievable. Highly highly recommend her. If I could give higher than five stars I definitely would.
