After years of middling and transient doctors, Dr. McCrory has been a gift. She has always listened attentively to my concerns and fully included and informed me in options for my care. She (and her office) is expedient in paperwork and medication needs, and consistently communicative. So many of my health needs have been addressed thanks to her. This is the worst medical office I have ever dealt with. Getting my thyroid medication reliably is impossible. Every time I need it is a week-weeks long run around. This is lifetime maintenance medication not something I take for fun. They always say it will take 4 days to fill, then it never is, and there is always a litany of issues. Today is the last straw.
