Excellent service Becoming frustrated with another home improvment warehouse, I decided to start shopping at Lowes. To my surprise the customer service was a refreshing surprise. Everymorning I pick up material, there is not one employee that doesn't greet me or ask if I need help. I never have to search for somone to pull material down for me because their right there helping to seek the item I want and will even load my cart. Customer means everything and this is what will keep me coming back.
