We just moved out of 830 20th St Prairie du Sac and have lived there for 6 years. It has been a great experience. The service from management has been extremely efficient and prompt. If something breaks they will get it fixed ASAP. They have always been very professional in every conversation we have had. I know there are negative reviews...this is a tough business and Kris Kohlman Management does it well. Any questions we ever had were handled by the staff very quickly. Do not like her at all
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Kris and her team were always very responsive and understanding. Maintenace requests are resolved quickly and effectively! The apartment I rented was beautiful! I followed all the move out requirements and I got my deposit back in full, as well as my full pet deposit. The negative reviews are unfortunate, because I had nothing but great experiences with KKPM!
