I went in for a consult to help me better understand what was going on with my hair. The owner Kris was very helpful and honest about my options with what I wanted to accomplish with my hair overall. She got me booked for my takedown and install and the overall process and experience was wonderful and amazing. Angel and Devyn did my take down in a matter of 3-4 hours. Just the kind of natural hair salon I’ve been searching for all these years! The owner, Kriss Koffee, was incredibly welcoming, and the entire atmosphere was warm and inviting. Devyn did my braids, and after showing her my inspiration picture, she recreated the look perfectly. Update to Kris response to my original review.....OK..the full truth. 1. Kris responded saying I had "several" extensive consultations. Wrong, I had one and it was during a twist service with her. I made every appointment in Vargo please go back and check. 2. Kris responded saying she discussed the locs would shrink and frizz through the process. I use this place for their natural hair products to use on my beard. My beard used to be dry and brittle, and now it’s full, shiny, and healthy. Oh, it also smells great!!
