Update to Kris response to my original review.....OK..the full truth. 1. Kris responded saying I had "several" extensive consultations. Wrong, I had one and it was during a twist service with her. I made every appointment in Vargo please go back and check. 2. Kris responded saying she discussed the locs would shrink and frizz through the process. I use this place for their natural hair products to use on my beard. My beard used to be dry and brittle, and now it’s full, shiny, and healthy. Oh, it also smells great!!

I no longer have locs due to the complete chaotic experience I had. My locs looked terrible and had to take them out after like a week. Kris will do your initial consult but when you return she will put students on your head to do your hair. The two young ladies that did my microlocs played in my head and had my locs in 8 million different sizes. I even had hair left out in the front. My locs were knotted and tangled.
