I hadn't even though yoga would be something I would enjoy let alone hot yoga... Until my wife got me hooked. Awesome!
Another great morning at Kardio barre this morning. Love the ladies in my class. Great job today.
The facility and teachers are awesome! I was never a fan of Yoga until I tried my first Yoga Sculpt class in Ankeny! Amazing class, also a huge fan of the barre classes, I used to run consistently but I needed to find a workout less stressful on the body and this is it!
