I could not be a bigger fan of Kris' Hot Yoga and Barre!! The workouts are life changing. I travel for work and often drop in to yoga/barre studios all around the country ...nothing compares to Kris'!!
I took a few weeks of hot yoga and loved it! I soon found out I was pregnant and had to stop. So sad because it was amazing!
Amazing teachers. lots of options for classes throughout the day, and good variety of yoga and its variation that you can pick from. Very happy with this studio!
