She knows the local market incredibly well, and had top-notch recommendations for professionals to fix up a few things before putting it on the market. Kris coordinated everything - from fixing up some scratches on the floors, to painting, to staging it in exactly the right style to appeal to the types of buyers who would be most interested in it.
