Dr. Kris Kirkland, DDS Dr. Kris Kirkland grew up in Moscow Idaho and attended the University of Idaho on a Navy ROTC Scholarship. Upon graduation he was commissioned as an officer in the US Navy. He was a member of the Navy UDT/Seal Teams for 4 years and completed tours in Vietnam. During those years he was also a member or the US Naval Pentathlon team which competed against NATO Teams from Europe and South America.
