Opened and reopened a lot of wounds with no strategy to heal. Cannot recommend to anyone experiencing control issues or trauma. The sessions did not have direction and many of her comments were critical or judgmental - examples: she told me often I was difficult to work with. Told me I was closed and needed to be more open and didn't explain how.
