She gets to the point of what you came in for and gets treatment fast. She cares she’s is there for you. Thank up above I didn’t go by her reviews she is way beyond a a 2.5 I’m aiming her at a 10. Glad to meet you Dr. and happy to know you.
I saw this physician as a new patient for a skin check and when she walked in she snarked at me and said 'why are you here' and then said 'put your phone down' in the most horrible tone of voice. Additionally, any questions I asked her she couldn't give an answer too and was blatantly rude the whole appointment. Dr. was running late and explained she had an emergency with an elderly couple which is perfectly fine with me, I hope if I required extra time she would spend it with me. But she rushed through my new patient appointment, froze pre cancerous cell off my face (which are back less than 1 month later) and biopsied a spot on my lower back. I was first met by a medical assistant who seemed friendly and warm, asked all the usual questions, and listened intently to my replies. When she left the room, I heard the doctor discussing my case with her, and sending her back to ask two more simple questions. It seemed odd, until the doctor came in with two observers. She never acknowledged them, or explained why they were there. Dr. Chavda was the rudest, most dismissive, unprofessional Dr. I have ever seen. She would be better off as a customer service rep for the cable company where she would fit right in.
I have never been more rushed during a doctor visit ever! She came in the room and I asked her about some bumps on my skin. She said she could freeze them off but did not give me any other options. She then left the room and I had to get the assistant to go get her so I could finish asking more questions about other parts of my body. She interrupted me before I could finish and said there's nothing you can do about that and left the room.
I visited Dr. Chavda's office several times, and when I tried to call her regarding a follow-up question, she refused to call me back. I left several messages over the course of many weeks, but never received a call back. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a medical professional. Her lack of interest in following up with me illustrates her blatant disinterest in her patients’ well-being. I would never recommend her to any family or friends.
Firstly, let me state I would highly recommend Dr.Chavda. She is a first class, professional dermatologist . I have been a patient of Dr. Chavda for several years. Secondly, I was with 2 other doctors and received no results whatsoever. However, when I switched to Dr. Chavda she immediately diagnosed my problem .. gave me a treatment plan and the ending result was extraordinary. Thirdly, I was very glad I took my friend's recommendation and switch to Dr. Chavda. The staff is very nice there also
