1 star is way too much for Krietz Auto. After 2 weeks of negotiating with several sales people and receiving my first purchase agreement to buy a truck, I called the sales staff and informed them that the purchase agreement was lower than we had originally discussed and told them that the delivery fees weren't included. I was trying to do the right thing by them. They said they'd send a corrected agreement. Then I was told they had mis-figured the delivery cost by quite a bit and was wanting to charge way more. We live in Ocean View Delaware and went to Fredrick Md. to get the car that we wanted. They have very nice people working there. We are extremely happy with the the attention that we received. We highly recommend them.
