I took my Volvo to Kriete Friday 8/7_26 with no a/c at all. Volvo in Kankakee IL said they couldn't find anything wrong. Mike at Kriete knew what the issue was right away & fixed it right & also corrected a few issues under warranty. It was SO nice to be able to get some much needed sleep after only 1 hour of sleep in 24 hours because it was hot!! Thanks to Mike & his technician (s) for being knowledge & reliable. Mike and the Service dept are top notch they've aways been able to get my truck in and get it taken care. Prices are fair and the work is great.
I dropped the least truck off no problem.
