I was in a very crazy place in my life and suddenly found myself without a vehicle. I came to see Carl Easley and he made this whole car buying experience very simple. Amazing at customer service doesn't even begin to describe Carl Easley. I have been in customer service for 21 years and I am a harsh critic. Would love to give HUGE props to Carl Easly! What an amazing friendly gentlemen who listened to us, showed us everything in black and white, ran numbers different ways and helped us decide what would work best for us! Harold the manager was also very helpful in the signing process! Small town dealership feel with the customer service area!
I have to give kudos to Julie and her service team. I called her at 7:30 pm on a Monday night as my tire was punctured by a nail and was leaking air. She was able to look up my status and noted that I did have a warranty on the tire. She forewarned me that there were 4 to 5 cars ahead of me, but that I could bring the car in if I was willing to wait. Her team had my tire fixed and I was back out the door about 9:30 pm. Super friendly team there at Krieger and I really appreciate them taking such good care of me and my car.
I want to thank Carl Easily at Krieger Ford for making the purchase of our new vehicle easy. He answered our questions throughly and showed us some options. He narrowed down what would give us the most overall benefit for our family. We now have a safe reliable vehicle that we feel confident to drive. Do not go to this dealer. It is the worst device I've ever had. I was told my car would be ready by 2pm. I got there at 6 and it had not even been started. Then I was told that the service guy I was working with typically did these types of things and made big mistakes and it was just the way it was. No managers there to talk to. Lousy Service – I took my Ford Explorer in to Krieger Ford on Morse Rd., because the transmission was slipping. When they called they said I also needed breaks, and wheel bearings. I okayed all the work because I do have grandchildren I tote around They did put in a re-manufactured transmission, and as far as I know new breaks and wheel bearings.
