this places treats their employees badly
Horrible treatment of employees
Went there Sunday evening for dinner. Pop was flat to start, ordered 2-fish sandwiches with cheese, wife a beer. Fish came out no cheese, fries not cooked. Sent back came out lukewarm, fries just dropped in the grease which made them very greasy. Fish was raw on one side. Turned our stomachs. Wife didn’t even drink 1/2 of her beer, but we were presented a check for it. Would have thought a manager or owner would have stopped on by, but no. Very sad experience. Will not go back. Too bad it used to be a nice place.
Great customer service and food

Love love love Kretzlers!!!!! The banquet hall is huge and we have always had a great experience any time we go down. The fish sandwich’s are the best in Pittsburgh. And they are very kid friendly, we have never been disappointed wether it’s the food or the service. Great family restaurant.
