Love Kretzlers fish and potato pancakes. There were only 4 other diners in the restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. My husband and I both ordered the fish, and potato pancakes plus applesauce. She took our order came back and said there were no more pancakes🤬 What ??? Why didn't you tell me that when you took our order ??? We would have walked out !!! This happened before and I will never ever go back to Kretzlers, and will not recommend Kretzlers to anyone. Very disapp ointing.
We ordered take-out tonight through on-line ordering. Our order consisted of a fish sandwich with coleslaw and an open face steak sandwich with coleslaw. Both the fish sandwich and the steak sandwich were cold and soggy ~ definitely not worth the $24 we spent on our meals. It's probably the worst take-out meal we've ever had! We've eaten at Kretzler's many times before and have always had good meals. But this take-out left a lot to be desired! Needless to say, we won't be ordering from Kretzler's again.
