Sadly, after being seen by the dr. For maybe 3 years now he has listened and taken me off meds because i know ive been misdiagnosed. Im a recovering alcoholic which he is very aware of. I got tested for adhd. Well i have it. And he is pushing stimulants on me. No. Long story short. Im beyond frustrated. Because basically he doesn't read my chart. If i wouldn't have asked about the results of my testing he would have not acknowledged it. Then to put or try to put me on those kinds of meds. Its been a week ive been calling ... read more
RecommendedDue to my ongoing, severe ADHD,etc., I had excellent psychological services, provided by Dr. Dennis Kreinbrook!
Super rude staff. If you miss your appointment they will not refill your meds until you go even if that means waiting a week or so! Seriously go there as a last resort
I love kreinbrook, my Dr.helps me through a lot of bad times.
Waited 1/2 hour at Kreinbrook watching the doc chitchatting to another doc. Both had 2 patients sitting in waiting room watching and waiting.
THIS TRASH LIES. THEY SAID THEY HAVE GROUP THERAPY BUT IS LYING TO ME SO I DONT GET YO PARTICIPATE PURE SHAT TRASH
My sister goes to Kreinbrooks for pych. reasons. She had crisis happening on 6-26-19 . Seen Dr.S. outside building, and told her my sister was having a psych. crisis. Was told to make an appointment ! This is non professional in so many ways. I real was disappointed and stunned, by her response. Called Kreinbrooks Psych and left message for Dr. Kreinbrook. No response ! Could not even talk to any one, before closing, because they don't answer the phones.
Have been going there for quite sometime never had a bad experience would recommend this place to everyone that needed there services
From experience, I would never recommend Kreinbrook Psychological Services to receive mental health services. The staff, professionals and doctors are inept. The staff is beyond rude, incompetent and basically put useless. If calling, you will be placed on hold for several minutes only to be told the person you are requesting to speak to is "out of the building or off." The clinical staff, including psychologists and psychiatrists is not helpful and delays in addressing disorders and fails to schedule medication evaluations.... read more
