Before taking my son to see Dr. Kreider I went to another pediatrician in the area who did not do anything to improve my son's condition. I was pleased that Dr. Kreider was able to diagnosed my son's condition right away. A lot to say for all the years of experience he has. His office was easy to find and his staff was courteous.

Miss diagnosed my 2 year old daughter multiple times, prescribing antibiotics and diagnosing her with strep throat and nasal infections. After the last visit, the Publix pharmacist said that the prescribed medicine does not sound right for a 2 year old and she called and argued with the doctor (Kreider), I than took my daughter to the clinic at CVS who diagnosed her with allergies and said she also had enlarged tonsils. The office staff is a bit unprofessional and the wait times are extremely long. The staff has loud music playing that is a big distraction . I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.
