Kreeb Family Dentistry is a professional and personable practice. I have been a patient there for almost 10 years now, and Dr. Kelly & her team always make me feel comfortable and take the time to explain procedures before & after each treatment. Your never just another patient on their list waiting to be seen, worked on, and sent off. Each patient matters to them, and they take the time to make sure your satisfied with any treatment or procedure done in their office. They are committed to excellence.
Everyone was incredibly friendly. Kelly Kreeb was very interactive and genuine. My hygienist Aliesa did an excellent job seeing as I haven't been to the dentist in at least 3 years. Would highly recommend this dentistry.
Nobody, right? I had the same dentist for >25 years and, when he retired and gave up his small, family-run practice, I had to find another dentist. Because it was convenient, I chose a centrally-located Charlotte practice close to my residence. I hated it. A large operation, it felt more like an assembly line than a dental practice—never seeing the same hygienist twice and, more often than not, not the same dentist either. Excellent and professional care at this facility. Top Notch.
The dental hygienist did a great job and was very thorough with the cleaning. Not only did she take her time but explained in detail how to brush properly, floss and prevent gum disease and cavities in the future. I never knew how to properly brush my teeth but now after 32 yrs I finally know after the hygienist explained. I would highly recommend this practice. The staff is professional, courteous, educated, and thorough in their work. They care about their patients and it shows!
