Purchased an auto start from them 3 years ago. The fob recently broke and we ordered another online, tried syncing it ourselves and could not get it to work. Called Kreative and they said to bring it in and they could fix it. No appointment or anything necessary. Fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Amazing customer service!!
