Looking at the information for this company, they appear to do more with HVAC. However, we were referred to them for appliance repair. They have delays in scheduling. Then, they tell you that the part is no longer manufactured. Yet, we went with Dependable Appliance Repair, and they ordered the part and fixed it quickly. Keep in mind this is not commenting on the HVAC.
This company did a warranty repair for me , and on a scale of 1 thru 10 , 10 being the best they are definitely an 11. Customer service was awesome , they went above and beyond to help me get service as quickly as possible and on a day I wouldn’t have to get off work to be home . The technician came on time , was very nice and efficient . Would most definitely recommend KRC to everyone.

This company came out to fix my refrigerator. The technician came open the refrigerator and took something out. In less than 10 minutes him and his assistant was gone. He left words that he had to order a part. This happened May 6 2025. I waited until May 29th and called Kinston Refrigeration company and asked about the part and when they were coming back out.
