I wouldn’t know what to do without KRB. They have exceeded all my expectations. I was initially turned down by two local HVAC contractors as they did not have the expertise to handle large boiler systems for multi-family buildings. Bill and especially Timothy worked very diligently to get our building under control starting with labelling the system, diagnosing issues, and finding quick wins like operating the boilers based on outdoor thermostats. Kyle is outstanding in professionalism, service, knowledge and friendliness. He is clean and considerate coming into your home and is polite and does an excellent job.
Somehow managed to charge my elderly parents $700 to change a thermocouple (ordinarily a $20 part ) in fireplace and do a furnace inspection. When questioned on why this is such a dramatically high price they refused to reconcile. Beware that you are not taken advantage of.
