Please do not use this company krazy kat because this guy is senile and doesn't know how to embroider or silkscreen he ruined a couple of dozen sweaters of mine. Charged me $1,800 dollars and after I got home and unpacked my clothing is when I found all the mistakes and he was already on his way to Florida for the winter so I was going to wait until he got home in May to complain to him but it was really eating at me and every night and day and eventually I couldn't hold back and tried to get in touch with him and he wouldn'... read more
Don't let this touch your clothing he ruined thousands of dollars of my carhartt clothing, Duluth clothing and numerous other products that added up to thousands of dollars and I pointed out so many mistakes that he got defensive and tried to blame me for his luck ups. I had to take every piece of clothing that wasn't lettered out of his grips before he ruined he ruined them.
Wonderful experience
Kathy and Ken are great people. Super easy to work with, and very transparent about costs and how to best accomplish your desired embroidery.
