It's tough working service on a monday night, when all the other bars feel the need to close early, kk's bier haus has excellent service and pizza until late into the night. Enjoyed my night and service from the bartender, Clyde. Best pizza in town and now my favorite beer bar hands down.
I have ordered here several times and the pizza was great. Last time our pizza was late AND cold. This time, after TWO HOURS, I called to check on my order, the manager was unapologetic and said they tried to call me (I was sitting in front of my phone the whole time) and my pizza would have to be remade. This is unacceptable, and if this business expects to stay alive in a competitive market like we have in this college town, they really need to get on top of it. I would order from here on the regular. But i promise on every order they fucked somethin up. Finally the one time they get my shit right and dnt have to comp me my order because they cant get their shit right... They double charge my card. I would avg over $100 a month here. Not anymore. Pizza is good... But not fuck me over everytime good. Ill spend the extra $5 elsewhere for proper service.
