I love the pub grinder. My favorite. But delivery takes awhile. 70+ minutes tonight. My grinders were cold. Had to throw in the microwave. Maybe next time it wont take so long.
I am only giving five stars because the pizza is the best in town. Your service has sucked on multiple occasions. It's currently 4 p.m. ,on a weekend, and you have one man on your bar side. A man who has an aversion for trays and insists on carrying two drinks out at a time. Waiting 15 minutes to even be acknowledged is absurd.

Very sorry about your experience the other day. I looked at the video from the day and talked to all parties involved on our end and it turns out that our normal bartender was cut do to being scheduled into OT. The replacement turned out to be a kitchen manager that was untrained and unqualified to work the bar. I appreciated their attention to the OT but they did not handle this situation correctly. They should have had a more qualified person take over. No excuses on our end, just a mistake made. Hope this helps you unders... read more
