This company is absolutely terrible to work with! I have been their client for the last 18 months, and it has been brutal. Their customer service is poor. They had to re-write/amend my original plan documents multiple times and charged me for every amendment. I finally found somebody who could help me, but she was promoted and now I am at the bottom of the barrel again. I would absolutely never use this company again!
