Last Visit was ok. Visit before when you were on vacationw was not ok. In your Pembroke Pines office I had your hygienst at the Pembroke Pines off yelled at me at the front desk in front of a child and other customers. She was shaking with anger. She came out from her area after she told me that she could not deal with me on that day and while I was talking with your recepionist this person really got very very nasty, it was embarrasing, it was not called for and I had to ask her to calm down and refrain from yelling. Grace is the best Dental Hygenist--very warm and pleasant. She does an excellent job cleaning my teeth.
Everybody is always awesome from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentists!
Dr. Eugene is # 1 !! I have always felt from my first visit with Dr. Eugene that he is the best dentist anywhere. I had my husband go to Dr. Eugene for allhis dental needs and most recently, my brother. I tell everyone about Kravitz Dental. 5 stars *****
