Effective From The Start I tried other martial arts before starting Krav Maga. I didn't want to waste time memorizing a lot of things, and I didn't want to wear an uncomfortable uniform. I wanted to find a self-defense program that was effective from the start, that didn't make me earn belts to learn higher levels of techniques and didn't discriminate against a person's stature, gender or age. Krav Maga is for all adults. Come to get fit, learn self-defense or to learn to fight. They have it all.
