Staff are kind and helpful. Child seems as comfortable with coming as I think is possible. Facilities are nice.I was surprised at the cost of our visit. Based on a previous service the amount I was expecting was more than double, because I was unaware that the procedure was not covered by insurance. I think it would have been good to know prior to service, just in case we had other options.

Every single staff member at First Impressions is so nice and helpful. When I call in with questions I get fast and detailed answers. It is great going to a dentist that can also provide extra services such as whitening & Invisalign without having to go do a different office. Their office hours are convenient and make it easy to juggle kids & work. The text & email appointment reminders are a lifesaver as well! Can't recommend Dr. Flannagan and his staff highly enough!
