Used to be nervous about going to the dentist because of the lectures given for condition of my teeth by past dentist even to the point of being years between visits. The staff makes it a relax friendly environment where they seem to care in how your teeth are when informing you on things to do to keep them healthy and does not come across as a lecture or as a scare tactic. I know I've started taking better care of my teeth and routinely visit every 6 months since my first visit to First Impressions.

I had a pretty long wait before I saw anyone at the reception desk. My hygienist was a bit nervous (think it was her first day) making me nervous ( I am not a good dentist goer anyway). Thought my cleaning was "rough" and didn't seem to "flow" as it had in the past. I never know what to do when the hygienist is finished..do I leave, do I wait? Confusing exit strategy. I do love Dr. Flanagan and will remain a customer.
