I have been a patient for less than a year; however, in this short period, I have learned much about how to better care for my teeth. The real bonus, though, are the people - from Dr. Flannagan to Maggie at the front end to Amy and the others running the 'rodeo' inside the treatment rooms!

My first visit here. I filled out an appointment request online and shortly after Maggie called me to get more details. I didn't expect it, but I was seen the same day that I initiated the request for an appointment. I came in for an exam. Everyone was extremely friendly. I felt at home right away.My first impression of First Impressions was extremely pleasant.

Very friendly. The appointment was on time and the dentist was thorough. The hygienist was gentle and the assistant was quick with her X-rays. The office was clean, relatively quiet, and seemed to have up-to-date dental technologies. I was offered bleaching and fluoride even before anyone had looked at my teeth or X-rays though, which seemed a bit unusual, especially since there was no mention of whether the treatments would or would not be covered by my insurance before I asked the question.
