Dr Krause took care of my emergency with confidence and compassion. I felt completely at ease in his care.
I have been going to Dr. Krauss for years. However, my last appointment ended in my mother paying for a 67 "Doctor Examination" which consisted of the doctor taking less than a minute to look in my mouth and tell me I had a chip on my front tooth, which I obviously knew about. The thing that upsets me is after I specifically stated I did NOT want the exam, because I had no insurance and was paying "out of pocket", the staff bypassed me and harassed my mother in the waiting room telling her it was "by law" that this exam need... read more

I've been going to this practice for 20 years. I trust Dr Krause and fund the office very welcoming and patient focused. The staff does whatever they can to make me feel at ease. After all, who REALLY looks forward to their dentist visits. Over the years I have had issues with my teeth as part of the normal "aging process". Dr Krause and his staff helped me to proactively deal with these issues and to maintain good dental health. I highly recommend this practice.
Dentist is great, Staff is great, woman who cleaned my teeth was great.
