Big businesses who bully small businesses all because their staff are immature and non professionnal deserve 0 stars
Co-signed a loan with my son for a new vehicle purchase. The loan officer Ryan added on additional warranties and maintenance packages after my son left the dealership and he had to go back and talk to the general manager to get them removed. Also the interest rate seemed awful high with my 820 credit score. I wasn't there in person but seems like a pretty shady dealership to me.
After an incident at one of their locations, specifically Nissan of Cape Coral Florida, I cannot recommend this business. They own Nissan of Cape Coral, and that dealership attempted to destroy a small, local business b/c of a poor review after a bad experience the owners had with Nissan of Cape Coral. Krause Auto Group's response was deficient, and the manager (who was responsible for the incident) still works at the dealership.
