I am writing this because I know how people leave reviews, Usually everyone leaves a bad review if things did not go to their liking, but don't leave a good review if things went great. I like to say that the people at Krause Auto Group are good people, If you have a problem you should reach out to them before leaving a review. They do get back to customers if there is a problem. I purchased a new Tucson on July 26th, 2025m from Hyundai of Cumming. The temporary tag expired on Sept 9th, which is why I'm posting this message. I contacted Andrew, our salesperson, in late August, as we were approaching the temporary tag expiration date. He stated it was normal for the Fulton County Tag Office to be delayed. I reached out to Andrew again last week, and he advised us to visit the tag office to get an extension for the temporary tag. *I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here* I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of Kennesaw in February and still haven’t received the permanent tag. Noone is providing an update. This is hindering my use of the vehicle.
