Probably the poorest encounter I've ever had with a medical professional. I honestly do not understand how Dr. Kraus received such high praise from the other reviewers. This was my first appointment since I switched dentists and based on today, I will not be coming back. 2 vital qualities in any career that involves working with people are humor and empathy and it seems that Kraus lacks both.
