Just called to see about making app, lady on the phone was incredibly rude. Questions met with dismissive “yes”, “no” answers that did not clarify. Rude attitude when trying to figure out how to make an app or if referral needed. I was trying to explain how as an immigrant I cannot figure out the medical system and she hung up. I’ve met more mannerly farm animals.
