What a nightmare. Haven't been to this office since 2009 but still receiving bills from 2009. We paid all our bills and moved out of state. After 3 years, we began receiving bills that we had paid and contacted the billing person. We explained that the bills they were sending had been paid and provided them with check numbers and faxed over bank statements showing cleared checks that we had to write our bank and request since the bills were over `12 months old. We were told that they had a computer "crash" and had lost all o... read more

Current, Intelligent, Open Minded, Competent and Caring – If not for the help Dr. Kratzer, Mary and Debra gave us in the beginning with breastfeeding, I would have had to give up. There ended up being a unique problem that nursing consultants from the hospital could not identify that Mary and Debra found right away. My five and a half month old is thriving and has never had any formula. If I had gone with another pediatrician my baby would have been formula fed for sure. The value of this help is priceless and will have an i... read more

Knowledgable and Dedicated – Unlike other doctors, Dr. Kratzer and his staff are willing to spend an hour with you if you need the time. You will never feel like they are trying to rush you out the door. They are knowledgable, respectful, and compassionate. But most important of all, they accurately see the health of the child and parent as being interconnected. As a result, they give the parent as much support as they do the child -- such as providing unlimited help with breast feeding, which is a huge plus, especially in v... read more

compassionate and thorough. – Two specific reasons I recommend Dr. Kratzer: 1: He answers questions thoroughly and takes parental concerns seriously. 2. He saved our newborn son’s life. The details are too lengthy for this forum however, we are eternally grateful.

Excellent, caring providers and staff – Dr Kratzer and Mary Graves provide excellent care for our two children. It is easy to get an appointment, the staff is courteous and extremely helpful. When we expressed concerns about a potential genetic disease that our kids might have inherited, we were quickly referred to Valley Children's Hospital for futher testing that thankfully ruled out the disease. Both Dr Kratzer and Mary Graves are very good at explaining what is going on with our children, what they are doing during exams... read more

Dr cost us thousands instead of sending to specialist, office wouldn't stop harrasing us – 1) Every time we would come in for an appointment we would wait for at least an hour before going to a room. Often they would have no appointment set for us so we started keeping our appointment cards to show them. 2)After telling the doctor our worries about our daughters hearing he sent us to expensive tests. After the first test he told us she was probably deaf and needed to teach our other child sign language so he could talk to hi... read more
