Todd and Rolfe were a pleasure to work with. They made the process of selling our home go as smoothly as possible. The free staging was very helpful to assure the best presentation and their photography and marketing were above and beyond. All of this added up to a great showing and a quick sale. They were both responsive and supportive throughout the process and fun to work with.Thanks to both of them our home sold quickly and for the full asking price. We worked with Todd and Rolfe as first time home buyers this spring. They were both a wealth of knowledge and always available to answer questions or run a property by them. This is the third time that I have had dealings with Rolfe and Todd. Obviously this alone indicates trust and respect for the work they do. They are very responsive and knowledgeable about their field. I called Rolfe several times about issues I had. He always calmed me down and was very reassuring. Several times he called me to tell me about issues so that I would be prepared. They do an excellent job of keeping you informed. I do not hesitate in the least to highly recommend them. You will not be dissappointed.

My husband and I have really enjoyed working with Todd. We've both bought and sold with him and he was great on both sides. He knew the market very well and helped us get the best price for our place. Todd was extremely responsive to both the buyers' realtors and us.
