I would recommend Kratz and Kolasch 100 out of 100 times! My situation involved selling a property that involved a tremendous amount of emotion. Todd demonstrated the upmost of compassion and brought with him, an extreme amount of knowledge. He was physically present each step of the way. He laid out every option, explained the pros and cons of every conceivable option, and supported any decision I made. Simply the best!
We came back to Todd and Rolfe to purchase another home 9 years after they helped us purchase our first homes that was just right for our needs. Nine years later, they gave the same amazing care and support for a second successful move. I cannot recommend this duo more highly. The home selling process can be daunting, but the entire team was fantastic every step of the way. Todd's knowledge of the housing market in the DMV area was essential when deciding on a listing price as well as marketing and staging the property. He helped us get a ratified contract within one day after listing, and above our asking price!
