I went to this office because as I was being treated at another dr for my allergies given shots weekly for 6 months. I was looking for a new Dr to continue this treatment. My first visit was pleasant and I actually met Dr kratz. Dr kratz had a game plan to run a blood test and made it sound like I was following up next visit with him. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kratz for over 10 yrs now. He is incredibly knowledgeable! Dr. Kratz and his team were essential in diagnosing and creating a treatment plan for my autoimmune, immunodeficiency, asthma, and allergy issues. The practice continues to grow and his office staff have always been friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Kratz!

I tried to make an appointment, whoever answered the phone told me in a very sarcastic tone that they do not take medicaid, I told him it is not medicaid but a well know HMP still. He said no.

I've been coming here for months getting my allergy shots, and everyone has been awesome, but 3 weeks ago I came in to this view, at first I didn't think anything about it, I thought something happened to someone and they were giving them privacy, but here we are 3 weeks later and I again see this for the third time. first I think it's rude and disrespectful for a patient to walk into their Dr office and be blocked out of view and then have to reach under the shade to grab the sign in sheet.
