Dr Kratz and his staff are the most caring people you will ever find. I have seen him off and on for over a decade and he is still just as caring of his patients as he was the first time I saw him. Some doctors I have seen seem to get burned out and some may start lacking but Dr Kratz really cares about his patients has excellent bedside manor he is very respectful to his patients and his staff. Dawn conducted my pulmonary test today and she is an amazing person. She made me feel calm, comfortable and her coaching with visual aids are absolutely perfect! Jill gave me my 4 shots today and she is amazing. When she administers my shots I feel no pain or discomfort. Barely notice them. I understand staff changes but can I request her every time for my shots??!! She is the best!!
I've been coming to Kratz allergy for about 8 months to get allergy shots. When I go in for my 3 month check-up I always see Dr. Kratz's Nurse Practitioner, Nick. He's very knowledge, thorough, friendly and will answer any questions you have. Highly recommended him and Dr. Kratz! Just did PFT with Dawn and she is 💯 better than previous person!
