Krates has a five star product in their doctors and a three star setting in their office support. Too many of the front desk staff are less than customer orientated. I speak of the Orland Park location and had a brief conversation with Oak Lawn. My experience with Dr. Katsoulakis and Dr. O. Donnell were more than satisfying. However, it appears that there is no way to reach them if necessary after the office visit. I am sorry to learn that the aftercare appears not important.
I went for a consultation last year for cataracts. I was impressed by the quality of the exam. My cataracts weren't that bad Dr. Farley told me, and gave me a new prescription for glasses. I went back this year for a follow up. My eyes were dilated and examined. I was told by Dr. Farley my cataracts hadn't gotten any worse and my prescription hadn't changed. Great staff and Dr's
Please just dont go there and goto illinois eye institute of Chicago. You'll get everything you need plus get glasses that work for you. Unless krates wants to give me 250 back for glasses I cant use then there just a bs eye doctor office.
Had both eyes done. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone explained what was happening and what to expect.
