Starting with our sales person Gary Phillips, we had a great experience. Gary explained the windows in detail what they would save us in energy etc. He represents a company that I can admire everything he said happened on time and as scheduled. The team of installers were exceptional, they were pleasant to work with very clean and neat, they did not waste our time or their time. I had exterior remodelers do my soffit and siding on my house in sun city and they were very courteous and helpful with the presentation . The work was done to my complete satisfaction and the technician was courteous and prompt ,calling to let me know what he was going to do that day when he arrived . i would highly recommend them for any work that they do.

We had windows and a patio door installed in early February. In spite of the windy and cold weather, the install team arrived on time on both days of work and performed the job in a common sense manner starting with the front of the house. Even though the job was only half done on the first day, my wife and I could tell a difference the first night. We no longer had a breeze in our hallway! The second day was as efficient as the first. I had a HUGE four--pane sliding glass door installed the end of October. My team - Kurt, Joe, Morgan and Josh - was amazing!!! There were structural issues to deal with and the entire job took nearly a week. It was a first class operation from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and the attention to detail was incredible. I would highly recommend Krasiva Windows & Doors to anyone!

Thank you My wife and I want to thank you and your staff for making the installation of our new KRASIVA Windows such an easy task. The sales personal were very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to purchase the Visions 2500 by Weather Shield. We have already noticed a significant reduction in heat transfer from our old single pane windows to the new Vision 2500 tech windows in our living room and office.
