Had a new Bryant installed yesterday and I can say nothing but positive things about the whole experience. Starting with my price quote and and explanations of what I needed to accomplish what I wanted after Jeff listened to my issues and requirements. The installers were here promptly in the morning and walked me through the install asking me if I had any preferences on where to vent, have the humidifier placed, along with several other items. I dont care how good they are at heating and cooling, dumping illegally is wrong on so many levels!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. The servicemen are so knowledgeable, kind, courteous and friendly. I've had multiple service guys in and out of my house when my furnace broke (which they had replaced within a day) and every single one was just as friendly as the other, not to mention these guys know what they're doing, I was very impressed with their professionalism and ability to troubleshoot all the issues that came up throughout the process. Krane was the 3rd company we met with out of 6. From all the consultation meetings, the one with Jeff was our favorite because we felt his sincerity and respect for our need. It turned out that their offer was not the best deal. We called Jeff back and he sure did what he can to match the lowest bidder.
