RecommendedProfessional and honest service call to fix our air conditioning after a brown out stopped the unit from working. Explained the problem, fixed quickly and made recommendations for proper maintenance. Great experience and highly recommend.
Had a problem with my furnace, they were out to my house within a hour. Showed us the problem and were very reasonable.
I can't comment on their work because I never received a call back... while the temperature was -11 with a -30 windchill our furnace went out.. waking up to a freezing house I looked up emergency repair and found this place that had 24 hour service... We met with 8 different heating & cooling companies to replace our furnace. It’s amazing in how many quotes with basically personal notes scribbled on a form. Jeff came out, presented a CLEAR, COMPLETE & EASY TO UNDERSTAND QUOTE.. Their price was so good, we decided to replace the aging A/C unit (the price was too good to pass up). Terrible customer service. They cherry pick jobs to make it easier for them. Business must be good though but when the economy takes a hit again this is one company that will not get our business or referrals. I will campaign against them as well along the way.
Had a technician come to our home telling us our air conditioner was dead beyond repair. We were given a quote of $4200 for a new one. Also were advised we needed a new furnace, which is only a few years old. This didn’t sit well with me. We called another company for a second opinion. The problem was something with the capacitor and it cost us a whopping $180! So we wasted $75 on Krane to tell us garbage information. Have had both my A/C and furnace installed by Krane. Customer service is wonderful. Darryl Got my A/C working today and both my dog and I are so appreciative it’s cool again in the house! Quick turnaround time and very courteous staff!
I had a room in my basement that is getting very hot. I have some birds in that room and I was really afraid the high temp will severely affect them. I called this company and a very nice person named Darryl came first and he suggested a solution and I agreed. Then I was called by Jeff the owner who told me that he was going to come and take a look himself! I said fine. Hello, 1st of all, I'm so glad you found someone to take care of your issue. Yours was an extraordinary situation I had not seen before. As your house was pretty much brand new, I did indeed think the original contractor might have handled that rooms temperature issue for you, I assumed you thought the same. As I explained when I was there, I thought the problem was the machines in that same room were creating the excessive heat. Came home to a dead furnace got the explanation as to why it died. He pointed everything out causing it and I could see with my own eyes. My furnace was 20 years old, under powered and a fried mother board. They gave me a fair quote and they where out and installed a Bryant today. Great installers would recommend the company to others.
