Great Window! I've purchased vinly double hung windows with Low E from Kramer Windows in Maywood several times for several different projects. They are quality built windows from the frame to the glass units. They use durable balance systems, solid hardware and quality glass. They tilt easily for cleaning and are maintenance free.
