I, too, am a vet who uses VA healthcare, and my experience with Dr. Kramer has been second to none. She is my 4th therapist; I hated therapy. But, after leaving Dr. Kramers office, I always feel better. She helped me through the most difficult time in my life.
Every time I think about how I have been failed by mental health professionals, I think of my experience with this woman. Before she ghosted me I would show up on time to my appointments and end up waiting 10-20 minutes past my scheduled time because she was allowing other clients to use my time (I watched her walk out with them) and my session would still end early.
