I never got to meet Dr. Kramer because I had such a poor experience with the office staff when calling to schedule a new patient appointment. On my first call, I was told that I had to change my PCP to Dr. Kramer before I could schedule an appointment. I then worked over the next few hours with my insurance company to get this updated. Dr. Kramer has been my doctor for over 25 years and there is none better!!! I have referred him to several friends and they all love him. He is always ready to listen, refer you if necessary, and always takes the time to listen to you . The staff are great too and never takes long to get an appointment. Kristine Golden and the front desk staff have been is o godsend. I want someone who will listen to my health concerns ond respond appropriately with that information. Kristine tokes her time with me ond listens to what I tell her. She follows up on what is going on with me at the time. In addition, she had pleasant and competent office staff. It's a crazy time, and they are so helpful and diligent in helping work with pharmacies and insurance companies. I commend their patience and diligence!!
Dr. Kramer has been my family doctor for about 30 years. He listens, asks questions and discusses your concerns. Does not hesitate to refer to specialist if required. Bedside manner is excellent.
He has been our family doctor for over 15 years. He is very experienced, listens to the patient, if warranted orders appropriate test(s) and does not hesitate to send you to a specialist if needed.
I think Dr. Kramer is a rarity nowadays! He listens & responds. Never feel rushed at all. He is someone with compassion & a great bed side manner . My only issue is difficulty getting thru to speak to someone can be up to 15 min after the greeting.
I am so thankful that I have found Dr. Kramer. He listens, he is thorough, he follows through, compassionate and is hands down the best doctor that I have been to.
I had a visit with MD Kramer today, MD is knowledgeable and very professional. He listens carefully to your needs. The office staff are excellent. The office building is nice and clean.
