I understand that the medical system has serious problems, but it's absurd when you can't get any help from doctors for your own money and are simply wasting your time and health. Dr. Kramer has been my personal GP for 10 years now. He is always polite, professional, dedicated, concerned, connected, informed and knowledgeable about your health. He stays very involved with his patients. If your ailment is outside of his skillset and level of practice, he always will refer you to a higher level of care professional that practices and specializes in that particular type of care that you are seeking. Our insurance assigned this provider to my daughter for PCP, called to establish care and the front office staff was dismissive and unprofessional in the way they spoke with us and then told us they don’t do pediatric care after waiting for a call back. Then just today, when trying to see if my husband had been seen the lady who answered was also dismissive and unhelpful.
