Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Not really, my back hurt after my procedure Was this dentist friendly? Friendly Enough Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers.
